Ukraine Part 2

I found a movie that documented our meeting with the Ukrainian border guards. There are a number of acronyms used so, in case anyone cares, here’s a glossary:

• WMP PPI – Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation Prevention Initiative
• DTRA – Defense Threat Reduction Agency (The agency I was working for at the time)
• CTR – Cooperative Three Reduction (The program I was working for)
• PMR – Program Management Review
• POE – Port (or Point) of Entry

The movie lasts for about 7 minutes and you’ll need to look very closely (and don’t blink) to find me but I appear in the background of several of the shots.
